Prices
All prices are shown in the currency selected in the store. Prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. Out-of-stock items are excluded from offers.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, in which case you will be notified and any payment refunded in full.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. The amount is only charged to your account when the goods are dispatched.
All amounts are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 17:00 on the same day; orders placed later are dispatched on the next working day. See our shipping & delivery page for delivery times, shipping costs and the countries we ship to.
Goods are delivered to the delivery address given when placing the order. If there is a problem with the delivery, please contact customer service.
Right of cancellation
You have a 14-day right of cancellation on goods bought in our webshop. The full conditions, including how to return an item, are set out in our returns & refunds policy.
Warranty and complaints
Where required by the consumer law applicable in your country, goods are covered by a warranty for defects in materials and/or manufacture. Depending on the specific situation you may have the item repaired or replaced, receive a refund or a price reduction.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
Returns, complaints and use of the right of cancellation should be sent to the address given in our returns policy. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
Refunds
If a refund is due, please include bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount. These details can safely be provided by email, as they are not sensitive information and will be used only to complete the refund.

To enter into an agreement with us and to shop on our website we need the following information about you: name, address, phone number, email address and details of what you bought. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
